Race for the White House.....
I don't know why we are so fascinated by the U.S. presidential race. I don't pay as much attention to the elections in India. There are two parties trying to make their way to 1600 Pennsylvannia Avenue (I even know the address)- the Republicans and the Democrats. No one is paying any attention to the Republicans, as they chug along. Their race is just not as exciting. Although I do want to know why Ron Paul is still running. He is not getting any votes. He made it to 1% at the Super Tuesday elections. Maybe he put aside a certain amount of money for campaigning this year to be the Republican nominee for president and he doesn't want to give up until it has all been spent. Such determination!

The Democratic race for the presidential nominee is tighter. To quote Chris Rock, who analysed the election,"Bush has done such a bad job, he has made it hard for a white man to run for president. So, now, the whole country is looking at a black man and a woman." I want Hillary to win. Even if she doesn't, she is making history. So is Obama!

Thomas came up with a few motorcycle laws, which are amusing, yet true.
1. Motorcycle in front of you will always go at a slow pace.
2. The motorcycle behind you will go as fast as possible, find a way to overtake you and will then slow down.
3. The size of the woman on the motorcycle is inversely proportionate to the size of the motorcycle.
